In Petrovac, just on the coastline, is the city’s main beach “Plaźa Petrovac”. It is a pebble beach with a gentle slope towards the sea. Beach loungers are available for a fee. The 600-metre long beach stretches from Lastva Castle to the other end of the city..

The city beach can get quite crowded during the high season (May – end of August), so if you are planning your holiday during these months, you can check out other Petrovac beaches below.

Lucice Beach

Lucice Beach is a sandy beach located in a picturesque bay. There are paid sun loungers and an area where you can spread out your towel. There is a bar and a few local shops along the beach. The crystal clear water has views of the Mediterranean pine forests that give the area a special atmosphere. The beach is small in size and extremely beautiful, but crowded in season.

Buljarica Beach

This beach is about 2 km from the city centre. It can be reached by a path along the hill. It is best to bring water shoes as the beach is covered with fine pebbles. The beach is wide. It offers a pleasant and peaceful environment for family and relaxing holidays. There is also a large car park and camping area. On the west side there are a few small cafes, a bar and sunbed rentals. The further you get from Petrovac the wilder the beach becomes and the fewer people there are. At the end of the beach there is a nudist beach.

Perazića Do Plajı

On a very nice two-kilometer hiking route from Petrovac, after passing through the tunnel along the way, you reach this beach, considered one of the most beautiful in Montenegro. A bit “wild”, rocky and surrounded by small rocks and forest, this sandy beach in Perazica Do is only a few hundred meters long, but its crystal clear turquoise water makes it one of the best beaches on the Montenegrin coast.
